Opening the Rats Nest

Welcome to the Rat’s Nest, my furry theme blog! I’m Jupotter, a nerd with a passion for software design, many incomplete projects, and the will to write about them.

In the time of ever-more controlling social media, algorithmic timelines and AI-generated slop, I wish to add some more hand-crafted and self hosted content to the world wide web. I am encouraged by so many awesome bloggers, with a special shout out to Soatok’s the World Needs More Furry Bloggers for giving me the last push needed to start it.

I plan to speak about some of my current and coming projects, the progress and hurdles that I encounter building them, and the many things that I will undoubtedly learn.

You can also expect to see some posts about the furry fandom, news that I find interesting enough to share, and other thoughts I may have.
